A. ENTITY DESCRIPTION 

Mare Group is an engineering company born more than 20 years ago that develops innovative technologies in collaboration with enterprises and universities and transfers the results obtained to SMEs, proposing Digital Products and Services. Mare Group operates through three main trademarks: - Mare Consulting: offers consultancy services to SMEs, with a focus on innovation projects, digital transformation, and technological innovation. - Mare Digital: aimed at companies and public administrations, focuses on digitization, offering services that cover software development, the first digitization, Smart Data, Artificial Intelligence, and the Metaverse. - Mare Industrial: collaborates with large companies in the design and development of innovative products and processes, to improve the efficiency, quality, and sustainability of industrial operations. The company has consolidated its position in the field of innovation consulting in Italy, focusing on digital transformation through a range of products, services, and solutions. Since its inception, Mare Group has accumulated extensive experience in the field of digital innovation and R&D. This experience has enabled him to facilitate technology transfer between large multinationals, SMEs, and public administrations. Mare Group has established a specific R&D function in the operational areas. This function is responsible for developing the Group’s strategic technological guidelines through participation in collaborative research projects co-financed at both national and European level. As for the largest European research Aeronautic programme, Clean Aviation, in which Mare Group participates with the HERFUSE project. Mare Group is present in four countries with 13 operational and commercial offices and is rapidly expanding, both through the opening of new offices and through the acquisition of technologically interesting companies or for market presence. 

 

B. ROLE IN THE HERFUSE PROJECT 

In the HERFUSE project MARE will be involved in the: 

  • Definition of crashworthiness requirements; 
  • Forward (FWD) Fuselage Conceptual Design; 
  • Multi-objective optimization of FWD fuselage ; 
  • Vertical tail (HTU) concept design (USCa);
