A. ENTITY DESCRIPTION 

AEROSOFT is a company of the Trefin Group, born in 1983. It is an Engineering and Manufacturing Service Company, AEROSOFT S.p.A., that offers engineering services from mechanical and structural design to industrialization and production services. Reference Markets: AEROSPACE, AUTOMOTIVE, RAIL, NAVAL. It is based in Capua and has a site in Toulouse (AEROSOFT France) The Manufacturing Division was founded in 2015. with two innovative production lines: - stamp forming press line for thermoplastic composite materials - and additive manufacturing with EBM technology fusion on a powder bed It is also able to perform NDI, CMM, and Static tests, in its laboratory. 

B. ROLE IN THE HERFUSE PROJECT 

In the HERFUSE project, Aerosoft is involved in WP3 (T3.2), WP4 (T4.4), WP5(T5.1), WP7(T7.1), It is responsible for the design of the AFT Fuselage It will provide engineering activities in term of design and structural analysis from the conceptual phase to definition phase. Aerosoft will analyze the AFT Fuselage, its primary structure, the proposed innovative configuration and technological solutions, and its design coming from HERA and WP1. Trade-off study will be improved in accordance with the innovative architecture or innovative material or process manufacturing, to evaluate the impact on the different configurations, in terms of Skin, Panel Assy, Frame Det, Frame Assy, and Frame Installation, to arrive at the final configuration of AFT Fuselage. AEROSOFT also leads the WP7.
